What we support

Drop in single .mmf files or zip archives — multi-recipe files split automatically.

.mmf / .mm Supported

Single Meal-Master files or ones containing many recipes. Both header styles (---------- and MMMMM-----) handled. Two-column ingredient layouts and section headings preserved.

.zip Supported

Modern Deflate-compressed archives parse cleanly. Nested zips (common in Internet Archive collections) followed up to 3 levels deep.

Heads up: some pre-1995 archives use PKWARE Implode compression that PHP can't decode natively. If your zip yields zero recipes, try re-zipping with a modern tool (default macOS/Windows zip works fine).
